If you’re looking for a 'can do' attitude, a high quality product, great service and a very fair price, Brian is your man.

Brian and his firm did a great job on the project. He was always cooperative, and the quality of his work was very good. The project involved some structural complexity, including a full seismic upgrade to the existing dwelling, and a mixed structural system including wood framing and shear walls with a steel frames. The finishes on the project were executed very well, and the client and I were pleased with the quality of the work. The project was completed on schedule, and the construction time was faster than in many similar projects of equal complexity.

I would recommend Brian for any project, and look forward to working with him again in the future.

I can not commend SF Bay Construction enough. The entire process took 4 months to complete! Their enthusiasm, knowledge, professionalism and industry contacts made our journey an experience that will be cherished for as along as we call this property our home. My family loves their new home and the comments from neighbors and total strangers that pass our home reflect the astonishing transformation of this building in returning it to its original majestic past.

I would recommend Brian for any project, and look forward to working with him again in the future.

Given the structural challenges of our project, we chose SF Bay Construction for Brian's engineering background - his understanding and experience of more than just framing and finish work really paid off for us. He's also an uncommonly good communicator with us, his clients, as well as our neighbors (very important!), his sub-contractors, inspectors, and architects.

The project was an extremely difficult undertaking due to the logistics of the construction process. Each day was an experience watching Brian and his crew transform our vision into a reality.

SF Bay Construction was commendable through this process. They completely managed and dealt with every hearing that we went through. They thankfully got Page & Turnbull Architects involved in the Historical aspects of the building and in addition they managed the condominium conversion process for us.

The three unit building sold in 2008 after 1 week on the market which was testimony to SF Bay Construction. The entire building was constructed in 5 months and finished to a very high standard and was completely designed and finished in a European style by SF Bay Construction.
